ぷらぷらお出かけ（Going Out in an Idle Manner）: お出かけ大好きな車いすユーザーです。そんな車いす使用者の視点から行ったところの紹介をしています。居住地「阿佐ヶ谷」をはじめ、旅行やお出かけ地など･･･。食べることが好きなので、そっち関係が多いと思います。なんとなく参考にしていただけるとうれしいです。
I'm a wheelchair user who like going out. I introduce the place where I visited from the viewpoint of such a wheelchair user. Including a place of residence "Asagaya," the trip and the recommended place... Because I like eating, I think that there are many where eating places. I am glad when you can refer to it somehow.

ミキサー食も楽しまなきゃね。（We should enjoy the mixer meal.）: どんな状況でもおいしいものを食べたい！流動食っておいしくないイメージがあるけど、ミキサーを使えば大丈夫です。見た目は強い色になったり、どれも同じように見えるものになったり･･･。でも、味は普通食っぽいしね！レシピはもちろん、レトルトやインスタント食品も紹介しています。
I want to eat a delicious food in any situation. There is the image that fluid food is not delicious, But it is all right if I use the mixer. The appearance becomes the strong color, and it is seen anything in the same way... But taste is a normal meal. I introduce a recipe of the mixer food, a retort and convenience food.
